Our Fee
At Streamline, we believe in fair, transparent fees with invoices you can understand and clear expectations of cost prior to the execution of any agreement. For our ongoing services, you will pay a monthly fee that is determined prior to the start of our relationship. For one-time projects, we will determine and agree upon a price prior to the execution of our final agreement. We do not price our services based on an hourly rate.
We look to be a strategic partner as your business grows, and as such our prices grow as your business grows and our services expand as your business needs them. Every business is unique, and each client is given a fully customized price, however, our standalone bookkeeping services average $425 per month, our standalone payroll services average $250 a month, and our full virtual CFO services average $1,300 per month. Our prices are inclusive of QuickBooks subscription fees, and for clients utilizing our Virtual CFO services, fees related to expense management software, Ramp, are included as well.
