When most businesses hire a bookkeeper or CPA, they get the same thing: reports. Month-end reports. Quarterly reports. A tax return in April.

Those reports tell you what happened — past tense. And by the time they arrive, the decisions that affected those numbers are already weeks or months behind you. You hired based on optimism, spent based on assumption, and managed based on instinct, because that was all you had.

For franchises, often reports come to you cluttered in the form of bank statements or P&L's strung together by 15 different accountants (if they come to you at all).
